By accessing and using this site and the quote portal of Global Process Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas S.A. de C.V. ("Global Process"), you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Global Process is a licensed Insurance & Surety Broker and acts as an intermediary between the client and the carriers and sureties. The contracting, issuance and term of any policy is subject to the acceptance and conditions of the relevant carrier or surety.

Quotes provided are informational and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of coverage, price or issuance. Final terms are set out in the contracted policy and its annexes, which prevail over any information shown on this site.
4. Use of the portal
You agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the quote portal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents you submit; incorrect or incomplete information may affect the quote or the validity of coverage.
5. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, text and other content on this site are the property of Global Process or its owners and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is not permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
Global Process shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, nor for decisions made based on the informational content shown here. The actual scope of any coverage is governed exclusively by the contracted policy.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue.
