Code of Ethics

Draft — the final text of the Code of Ethics is pending internal approval before launch.

At Global Process Agente de Seguros y de Fianzas S.A. de C.V. we are committed to conducting our business in line with the following principles:

Integrity and honesty

We act with honesty, transparency and good faith in every interaction with clients, carriers, sureties, colleagues and authorities. We do not tolerate deception, falsification of information or misrepresentation of coverage.

Regulatory compliance

We operate as an Insurance & Surety Broker in accordance with applicable regulations and the provisions of the National Insurance and Surety Commission (CNSF). We comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing obligations.

Client interest first

We recommend the solutions that best fit each client's needs and risk profile, with clear information on coverage, exclusions and costs, so the decision is always an informed one.

Conflict of interest

We identify and manage any conflict of interest and disclose it where appropriate. No commercial relationship takes precedence over our duty of objective advice to the client.

Confidentiality and personal data

We protect our clients' information and process it in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Anti-corruption

We reject bribery, improper gifts and any corrupt practice, in both the public and private sectors.

Any conduct contrary to this Code may be reported confidentially by writing to contacto@globalprocess.com.mx or calling (55) 5202-8218. Good-faith reports will not be subject to retaliation.
