How We Place Your Risk
- 1Global Process holds agent appointments with most insurance companies in Mexico.
- 2Because of that, we can quote with a minimum of 5 companies after making a selection that matches our client's needs.
- 3Placement slips are prepared after analysing the information provided by the client. It is worth noting that not every risk requires special conditions.
- 4Depending on the sum insured, manufacturing processes and/or special coverages, placement in the facultative market is evaluated.

An Operation Built on Resources We Own
Our data centre sits in our own facilities, with perimeter security and video surveillance inside and out. We run on solid infrastructure, backed by the best material, technological and human resources. Our staff is trained in every cutting-edge technology relevant to their role.
Finally, we run an insurance administration and client-tracking system called “SICAS”, built in-house to optimise every internal process and improve the service we give our clients.

Our history
Six Decades in the Insurance Market
From a brokerage firm in 1963 to an insurance group with offices in Mexico and the United States.
1963 19631968 Generational
Armando Merlo Blake has worked at the firm ever since and, in time, his son Juan Carlos Merlo Bello joined him. For years they operated under the name Merlo Agente de Seguros, S. A. de C. V., known today as Global Insurance Group.
